Grey Hack Discord: Ban Appeals

Ban Appeals from the Grey Hack Discord are handled through our GreyMail bot on our ban appeals server. To join our ban appeals server, you will need to sign in through Discord below.

You will be asked to authorise GreyMail's access to the following:

  • See your account ID and username: to verify you are banned from the Grey Hack Discord (to prevent abuse, only accounts banned from the Grey Hack Discord are able to join the ban appeals server).
  • See your account email address: so we have a backup means of contacting you.
  • Know what servers you are in: to establish whether you are already present on the Grey Hack Ban Appeals server. This is part of an automated check and the information is not retained or made visible to any human.
  • Join servers for you: to join you to the Grey Hack Ban Appeals server (we don't have an open invite, in order to prevent abuse).
Other than your email address, none of the above information provided is stored anywhere. Feel free to head to your Discord user settings and deauthorise GreyMail once you are joined to the Grey Hack Ban Appeals server.
